Miley Cyrus is being sued over her hit song Flowers.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Tempo Music Investments, named the singer in a copyright infringement lawsuit for allegedly copying Bruno Mars’ 2013 hit 'When I Was Your Man'.
The company who claim to own a share of Bruno’s track, are suing Miley claiming she is “intentionally copying” Bruno’s song.
Tempo Music also claim that the chord progression is similar to Bruno’s song, alleging some of the lyrics are similar and that the melody and harmonies are similar.
The company is requesting damages from Miley - with the amount yet to be revealed.
Meanwhile, Bruno is not involved in the lawsuit.
