In the episode Brandi talked about her adventure to Cape Town and South Africa.

She then spilled about staying with Miley while the singer was filming.

While she never explicitly said what Miley was filming for, rumours have been circulating since November that the it was 'Black Mirror' on set in Cape Town.

According to Bloomberg, the fifth season is set to be released sometime this month.
