It looks like Louis Tomlinson could be forced to wait a full year before finding out if he'll be charged over his alleged attack on a photographer.
The singer was arrested and bailed after an altercation in LAX airport on the 3rd of March. He was travelling with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder at the time.
His case was due to be heard on the 29th of March but prosecutors in California say the case is still under review and could take up to 12 months for a decision to be made.
Louis's lawyers said he was "provoked" by paparrazi at the time.
