The Mullingar man joined Jimmy Fallon for the Instant Song Challenge. Jimmy and Niall had to compose and perform songs based on random titles sent in by fans.
From a heavy-rock style song about fitness to a upbeat, nostalgic tune about clicking pens the pair were really put through their paces:
