It's after she paid tribute to him on Instagram Stories for his birthday.

Phoebe shared a picture of the actor carrying a stack of pizzas.
She simply captioned it, 'happy birthday pizza boy.'
He reposted it to his Instagram Stories captioned, 'Mmmmmmm,' alongside a heart emoji.

Rumours of a romance emerged after he appeared in the music video for her track Savior Complex last month.
A source previously told MailOnline that they're an item, 'They're both smitten.'

The insider added, 'His membership on the celeb dating site Raya is a smokescreen to cover up that they're secretly an item.'
And it's no secret Paul is in a relationship, he just hasn't revealed whom with.
The actor gushed over his mystery gal in a previous interview with British GQ.
He said, 'To have someone to lean on through such a mad, mad time has been invaluable.'
'Really, I don’t know where I’d be without her,' the 24-year-old confessed.
Could this mystery gal be Bridgers? Or are they just good friends?
