The Queen had words with Prince Harry over Meghan Markle's choice of wedding Tiara.
A source has told The Sun that she originally wanted a tiara that featured emeralds but they were told she couldn't have it because they weren't certain where it came from.
Reporter Robert Jobson mentioned in his new book that Harry told staff, "what Meghan wants, Meghan gets" before the wedding.
A source told the newspaper "Meghan had her heart set on this tiara with emeralds and Prince Harry hit the roof when they were told it was impossible for her to wear it."
"The provenance of the tiara could not be established. There were concerns it could have come from Russia originally."
"There was a very heated exchange that prompted the Queen to speak to Harry. She said, ‘Meghan cannot have whatever she wants. She gets what tiara she’s given by me’."
Meghan eventually wore a diamond and platinum headpiece which was chosen by the Queen.
According to The Sun, Meghan had said in an interview that she chose the tiara she wore at the wedding after a visit with Harry to Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen and explore their “options.”
Regardless of the disagreement, Meghan still looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day.
