Rebekah Vardy's first Coleen Rooney interview
Oh, the WAG drama!
Despite yesterday tweeting her plans to stay quiet, Rebekah Vardy has opened up about Coleen Rooney's accusations.
She tells her side of the story in a brand new interview with MailOnline this week.
'Arguing with Coleen Rooney would be as pointless as arguing with a pigeon.'
In a lengthy Instagram post this week, Coleen Rooney accuses Rebekah Vardy of selling fake stories about her to the media.
Rebekah tells the publication that she called her fellow WAG shortly after the post went live.
'I said to her: 'Coleen, what on earth have you done?''

The phone call
'It was not an easy phone call. She said to me: 'I'm not pointing the finger.''
'And I said: 'You have just annihilated me in public and hung me out to dry. The whole world hates me!''
'I thought she was my friend but she completely annihilated me.'
Rebekah recalls Coleen telling her, 'You know, I always really liked you, which makes it harder.'
When asked if they argued, she says, 'That would be like arguing with a pigeon.'
'You can tell it that you are right and it is wrong, but it's still going to s**t in your hair.'

Why now?
The footballers' wife explains why she's decided to open up now.
'If I don't talk, then everyone will still think I did it, and the abuse will go on.'
'Over 24 hours, this has escalated and escalated.'
She goes on, 'I wasn't going to say anything but it has gone so extreme.'
'I have been told that I should die, that my children should die, my unborn child should die.'

MailOnline say Rebekah takes a break mid interview as she wipes away tears.
'It would be unacceptable for anyone. I am tough, but this has made me cry.'
'It is hard to explain how horrible it has been.'
Her side of the story
Rebekah tells her side of the story, 'Over the last few years, quite a few people have had access to my Instagram account.'
'Including a PR agency and an advertising agency. And, yes, I have given my password out.'
'It is considered a normal thing to do and I never thought very hard about it.'
'I certainly never thought that something like this could happen...'
'That someone would poach stories about another person via their Instagram.'
Proof
She tells the outlet that she's hired an expert in forensic cyber security to help prove her innocence.
Rebekah also reveals that she's not fully convinced the leak comes from her account.
'We've asked for the proof, but it's not been forthcoming.'

Friendship
She says she's always been 'supportive' of Coleen and can't understand why she's done this.
'As much as I sympathise with Coleen and the situation in which she found herself...'
'I don't understand why she couldn't call me before posting it on social media and basically completely finishing my reputation and bringing all of this raining down on me.'

Rebekah's suspicion
She reveals she had a sneaking suspicion in March this year that Coleen was keeping secrets from her.
It's after Rebekah found herself blocked from viewing her former friend's account.

'And she said no, it was probably one of the kids messing about with her phone that had done it.'

Rebekah claims she's only ever been loyal to Coleen's family.
'I have turned down so many interviews and requests to talk about them.'
'I have never felt that it was my place to talk about someone else or their relationships.'
