Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly expecting their third child by surrogate.
According to US Weekly, their surrogate is three months pregnant.
Kim's alleged decision to have her third child via surrogate was reportedly made after she was diagnosed with placenta accreta during her previous two pregnancies.
It's a potentially life-threatening condition, which occurs when the placenta attaches too deeply into the uterine wall, which is potentially damaging during labour.
Neither Kim or Kanye have confirmed the news.
The pair are already parents to 4 year old North and 18 moth old Saint.
