He took to Instagram to share the news writing, ''The most important question I’ve ever asked... also the easiest! Jinjara Mitchell, you are my best friend and the love of my life. Let’s get married!!''
His fiancée replied with a post of her own which read, ''Spending a lifetime with you sounds like the most fun adventure I can imagine. Let’s do this!''
Many of his Riverdale co-stars responded to the post with Camila Mendes (Veronica Lodge) writing, "Beyond happy for both of you... Congrats lovers!"
The actor also shared the moment to his Instagram story thanking his friends for their help with the proposal.
