Riverdale's Mädchen Amick talks Luke Perry
Mädchen Amick opens up about the death of her friend and Riverdale co-star Luke Perry.
She appears on the cover of Mr. Warburton's Holiday Issue where she talks all things the CW show.
'[Luke] and I were Ma and Pa kettle to all these kids.'
The Alice Cooper actress tells the outlet, 'Luke and I were real friends.'
'I still reach for my phone every time I land back in Vancouver to go to dinner.'
'He was my first phone call every time.'
'Luke was an old soul, and not only was he a father to his own children he was the father to our cast of kids.'
She recalls, 'Luke would text me all the time and say, "hey, you need to talk to the girls, they need advice."'
The late actor's Riverdale co-stars all seem to have the same opinion of him.

Mädchen tells the publication that the cast gathered at Mark Consuelos' home when the news of his death emerged.
'We cried and hugged for hours. We were devastated. He and I were Ma and Pa kettle to all these kids.'
'We were all in shock. He is desperately missed.'
Luke Perry
The Fred Andrews star suffered a stroke at his home on Friday 1st March.
Paramedics brought him to an LA hospital that morning where he remained under observation.
However, things took a turn for the worst that weekend and he died on Tuesday 4th March.

The Riverdale cast paid tribute to their friend in the very first episode of season four.
Ahead of the season premiere, Lili Reinhart shared a slide show of pictures.
'Tonight’s episode, and all episodes for the rest of our run, are for Luke.'
She goes on, 'We love, honor, and cherish his memory every single day.'
'I only wish he were here to see how many lives he touched with happiness and laughter.'
'I know he’s watching from above. We love you, Luke.'
