Simon Cowell has kicked off the donation campaign for the Grenfell Tower fire disaster by donating £100,000.
The music mogul told The Sun newspaper he was starting off the online donation campaign on artistsforgrenfell.com which he hopes will "encourage others" to donate.
Cowell added that "it's been an amazing team effort. Everyone has united. When you hear the record it's really emotional.
So far the online donation page has over £118,000 in donations
