Simon Cowell Pays For BGT Finalist's Surgery

Alesha Dixon has revealed that Simon Cowell is paying for surgery for a Britain's Got Talent finalist. 

15 year old Julia Carlile is one fifth of dance troupe MerseyGirls (formally called Just Us) and suffers from scoliosis. 

Julia admitted on the show that she had scoliosis - which is a painful curvature of the spine - and had to have surgery and the show was possibly her last chance to dance.

Simon hinted in the semi-finals of the show that he would help out Julia with the surgery and now she has confirmed this on Twitter.
