Simon Cowell is apparently in a stable condition in hospital after being rushed there in an ambulance this morning.
The Sun newspaper says the X Factor judge was taken out of his home in London on a stretcher after fainting and falling down some stairs.
He's reportedly undergoing tests and his partner Lauren Silverman has flown back from New York to see him.
