Snapchat has become the social media king for people under 35 in Ireland.
New stats from Cork Chamber Business School show it's ahead of Facebook and Instagram in terms of daily users aged 35 and under.
Snapchat Stats
- Total of 1.75 million users a day.
- Most popular in the 13-17 and 25-24 categories.
- Total of 1.4 million users aged 35 and under.
- 775,000 men use it compared to 950 thousand women.
Facebook, by comparison, has 2.9 million active users daily but only 1.3 million are under 34.
With Instagram, 1.4 million use it every month but only 980 thousand of them are under 34.
