Sophie Turner is suing her ex-hubby Joe Jonas to return their two children to England.
Joe, recently filed for divorce from Sophie earlier this month - after 4 years of marriage.
According to documents filed to the US District Court in New York, seen by DailyMail.com, the Game of Thrones actress is petitioning for the return of their two daughters to the UK.

The court filing reads: “Petitioner, Sophie Belinda Turner (the “Mother”), by and through her undersigned attorneys, files this Verified Petition for Return of Children to England (the “Petition”), against the Respondent, Joseph Adam Jonas (the “Father”).
The petition goes on to allege that Joe won’t return their children’s passports.
Joe has since broken his silence: "This is an unfortunate legal disagreement about a marriage that is sadly ending."
"When language like 'abduction' is used, it is misleading at best, and a serious abuse of the legal system at worst," Joe's rep told E! News.

"The children were not abducted," Joe's rep stated.
"After being in Joe's care for the past three months at the agreement of both parties, the children are currently with their mother. Sophie is making this claim only to move the divorce proceedings to the UK and to remove the children from the U.S. permanently."
