See Nobody
If you're on TikTok then you've probably already listened to Wes' debut single See Nobody.
The track hit over 1 million Spotify streams in under two weeks and shot to the top of the iTunes UK Hip Hop charts.
Wes told Sarina that seeing his dreams coming to life, "is one of the best feelings in the world."
The Love Islander signed a record deal with Universal Music shortly after appearing on Celebrity X Factor.
He told Sarina, "That for me was the proudest moment of my career, life whatever you wanna say."
"You just can't describe it. It's just the weirdest thing."

Record deal
Sarina asked Wes how he's been celebrating his record deal and the release of his debut album.
He told her the celebration for him is just watching the track climb the charts.
Wes added that he's so busy behind the scenes, "There's so much to do!"

The artist said he doesn't want to become a one hit wonder.
This is partially why he made sure he had about 20 songs ready before releasing his debut single.
And he somehow managed to double that figure, "I'm sat on nearly 40 songs now."

The next thing he has to do is figure out what to release next.
"There's some songs in there that I even prefer to this one, this one just made sense to put out first."
"There's some serious heat that I'm sitting on and I'm excited for you guys to hear it."

Sarina asked Wes if he was nervous showing his friends who are already in the business.
The SPIN presenter used his friendship with Idris Elba as an example.
Wes replied, "Yeah! Don't get me wrong, these are people that I like and get on well with, but they're experts in their field."

She continued, "Whether it be acting, whether it be music, or both..."
