She spoke about their rocky past, saying "what's done is done and I can't change any of that." Speaking about Jeremy's current stint in rehab, she said She said "I'm so proud now, I can't tell you, for Caben, that he's sorting his life out. I'm really, really proud of him".
She went on to confirm that her and Jeremy, the father of her baby Caben, are back together.
Former CBB star Nicola McClean took to Twitter to show her support for Steph after her appearance on the show.
