Here are three programmes you need to be watching this week:
1) Babushka, ITV, Monday at 5pm
We've missed Rylan Clark on our screens so we're delighted to see he's back in action today! His brand new game show Babushka kicks off today. It'll be kind of 'Deal or No Deal' style and will see contestants answer questions for the chance to open a set of 10 giant Russian dolls. Some of the dolls have prizes up to £10,000, some have nothing. Even though the concept is pretty bonkers, we feel Rylan has the personality to pull it off! Also, Rylan revealed it's such a high tension game that he had to go for a medical before filming, so we're taking that as a good sign!
2)The Break-Up, Channel 4, Thursday at 11.05pm
No this isn't the movie of the same title with Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughan, it's actually a documentary airing on Channel 4 this Thursday. It's definitely going to be a interesting watch- it will follow couple Steve and Terri-Anne over 18 months while they get divorced. It's an all access show and follow the couple as they try to resolve issues with a mediator, the process of getting a divorce and access to kids.
3) Jamestown, Sky 1, Friday at 9pm
We can't wait for this one! This new series was made by the creators of Downtown Abbey and tells the story of three women who arrive in the British Colony of Jamestown in Virginia in 1619. They are the first women to arrive at the colony of what the promo calls 'women-starved' men. They were shipped over the the coloney to be wives to men they had never met. This looks hugely promising and could be the next big period drama of 2017!
