Joey King reportedly being sued
The Kissing Booth's Joey King is reportedly being sued following a car crash in February.
According to TMZ, the driver of another vehicle has filed a lawsuit against her for unspecified damages.

According to the outlet, the driver claims the incident happened in L.A. on February 13th.
He alleges she merged into his lane and crashed into his car.
In documents obtained by TMZ, he claims he sustained damage to his car and suffered injuries from the crash.

The publication have released photos of the car following the accident.
The driver's attorney Kamelia Jalilvand told TMZ that her client suffered a tear in his shoulder.
Jalilvand added that a preexisting condition made the injury even worse.

TMZ report authorities were not called, but Joey and the driver exchanged insurance information.
However, he still hasn't been compensated.
Jalilvand said, 'We hope that through the lawsuit, Ms. King will accept responsibility and compensate our client for his damages.'
