Tina Fey saved a man's life
Mean Girls writer Tina Fey shared the incredible story of how she saved a man's life.
It happened while she was on staycation with her family.
Tina told the story during a chat with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show this week.
She began her story by revealing she and her family rented a house outside the city.
The actress recalled the first morning of their staycation.

She was standing in the garden, taking in the view of the Hudson River, with a coffee in her hand.
Suddenly she heard, "something going, 'help... help...'"
Tina re-enacted the cries for help, which she said sounded like a bird.
The Hollywood star called on her older daughter to join her in the garden.
The two of them stood there, looking down at the river listening out for the sound.
Then, Tina asked her husband Jeff to come out and listen.
She said he'd know if it was a bird or not because he's from the country.
"We're all standing out there, we hear it again. So we call the cops."
Tina laughed, "Our first day out of the house, we're like calling the cops at the height of the pandemic."
She said they found out a couple hours later that a guy had been stuck in the river.
The man managed to flip a kayak in the river, "and was floating north in the Hudson."
Tina revealed, "They found him like a mile north."
Jimmy, in shock, exclaimed, "Tina! You saved a man's life!"
She agreed, adding, "He doesn't know that it was us... Isn't that crazy? Also never Kayak like why?"
