Not the most romantic way to spend the day!
Vicky kicked off the day with a shoutout to her beau John Noble. She took to Instagram with a message for him, saying "Happy Valentines to you all but most of all to my favourite human @johnnoblejn!!! I can't believe we're spending valentines in the hospital... I'm so sorry but as long as I'm with you I am the happiest girl in the world!

She didn't say why she'd be spending the day in hospital but was sure to document the day on social media.
John Instagrammed a pic of Vicky in a hospital bed. He said "Not the valentines we had planned but at least shes got me! I mean at least she's ok"

He then got someone in the hospital to take a pic of him adjusting Vicky's bed (we think?!?). It's a weird one...
