Vogue Williams isn’t a happy camper as she’s been accused of stealing by a company!
She shared the story while chatting on her podcast with her husband, Spencer Matthews.
Vogue had placed two orders with an online business and while the second order was perfect, the first order was missing a number of items.
When she contacted the company looking for a refund, they refused.

Explaining what happened, Vogue said, “I used a company's services and they basically didn't send me what I had ordered.
“And I was like, ‘Here listen, all of this stuff is missing.’
“They then mailed me and said, ‘Oh, we've checked CCTV and all of your stuff went into the basket.’
“And I'm like, ‘I'm talking about the first order I made that day, not the second.’
“So basically they accused me of stealing.”

What will Vogue do now?
Vogue’s husband knows the owner of the company, so he got in touch, hoping to sort it out.
But it seems they had a trick up their sleeve, by having a customer service agent from France call back.
“They must have heard that I cannot help but succumb to a French man's accent. I was like, ‘No, it's okay. Don't refund me, you keep it.’”
Hopefully she gets it sorted as we would hate that.
