Sheridan's been doing online fitness programs from her apartment in the city.
Phillip pointed out that she could be doing the same thing from her home in the UK.
"You don't have to be in Dubai to do that, it looks like most of the fitness stuff is inside."

Sheridan went on to explain that the move to Dubai was mainly for the sake of her mental health.
She said a lot of her clients depend on her to bring them motivation and happiness.
And the only way she could see herself doing that, was by hopping on a plane to Dubai.

Sheridan believes she's, "increasing people's mental health"
Holly pointed out that the rules on travel don't take into account your mental health.
She said the only reason you are allowed to travel is if you're working and it's essential.
Sheridan responded by saying she believes her work abroad right now is, "increasing people's mental health."

Holly however, argued that her posts do quite the opposite for those struggling amid the pandemic.
Elsewhere in the interview, Phillip asked Sheridan if she's worried she'll lose followers because of her decision to travel.
She replied, "It's all down to your happiness."
