KJ Apa shares the, 'new normal,' for kissing scenes
Riverdale's KJ Apa has shared a video on Instagram revealing the, 'new normal,' for actors on set.
He revealed that prior to kissing scenes, they have to thoroughly rinse out their mouths.
Production on Riverdale was put on hold earlier this year amid the pandemic.
But fans will be happy to hear the cast and crew have reunited, and filming has resumed.
However, a lot has changed; the whole process is very different to how it used to be.

KJ Apa proved this by sharing the procedures in place for kissing scenes.
He plays Archie Andrews, the boyfriend of Camila Mendes' character Veronica Lodge.
The actor shared a video of himself and Camila rinsing their mouths with what we can only assume was mouth wash.
Behind the camera, a voice is heard counting down the seconds until they can spit the wash out.
He captioned the video, 'our new normal is washing our mouths before every take of a make-out scene...'
Betty Cooper actress Lili Reinhart commented, 'That sh*t burns 😅'
