He lined a corridor with red balloons, roses, rose petals and candles, leading outside to a pool, where the words, 'Be My Girlfriend,' were floating in the water.
Meanwhile, in the corner of the garden, a lady serenaded them with a performance on the cello.

Luca also gifted Gemma with a lavish Cartier bracelet that reportedly cost over £6k.
The International Dressage Rider reacted by throwing her arms around Luca and pulling him in for a hug.
