Zac is putting the surgery rumours to bed!
Zac Efron plays the handsome lead in Netflix’s new rom-com, A Family Affair, however fans are more obsessed with his looks than his performance.
The High School Musical alum has stressed that he looks different after a freak accident in his home.
Speaking about the accident Zac said he slipped in socks, smashing his chin off the granite corner of a fountain, which left him unconscienced with his Jaw hanging off.
Zac told Entertainment Tonight: "My mom told me. I don’t really read the internet, so, I don’t really give a f**k,”
"It was funny," he said about the idea he had received plastic surgery. ‘It sucks. I almost died, but we’re good.’
The 17 Again actor said he worked with a specialist and physical therapist during his recovery with noticeable side effects.
“The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big,”
