Zac Efron on his Baywatch body
Zac Efron has revealed he never wants his body to look how it looked in Baywatch ever again.
He made the revelation during a recent chat on YouTube series Hot Ones.
The actor feels it's unrealistic to maintain that kind of physique.
The former Disney heartthrob played Olympian Matt Brody in the 2017 movie.
He starred alongside the likes of Dwayne Johnson and Alexandra Daddario for the flick.
And his character is absolutely shredded.
Zac told host Sean Evans, "I realised when I was done with that movie that I don't ever wanna be in that good a shape again."
He said, "It was so hard. You're working with almost no wiggle room."
"You've got things like water under your skin that you're worrying about, making your six-pack into a four-pack, shit like that."
The 17 Again star added, "It's just stupid. It's just not real."
"I'm happy that it worked, I'm happy that it got me through it."
"Take care of your heart, take care of your brain, you're good."
Zac went on to share how he dealt with the paparazzi after his High School Musical fame.
He said he turned to Leonardo DiCaprio for advice at the time.
The Titanic star told him, "frankly, you're getting it a little bit different."
