Barnardos National Collection Day is happening this Friday 14 September.
The aim of the event is to raise awareness and funds in support Barnardos’ work with children and families across Ireland.
The charity is calling for volunteers to help in towns and cities across Ireland by back packing and collecting on street.
By volunteering for just an hour or two you could contribute up to €100 to Barnardos which will help them to continue vital services for vulnerable children.
