The iconic building shut its doors in February 2015 to undergo €12 million worth of renovations.
Thirty-three months later and the cafe has been redesigned to seat 500 with a brand new bakery and chocolate factory.

Some of the much loved features that will remain are the Harry Clarke stained glass windows, a number of open fires which haven't been in use in recent years and the Johnson's Court side door entrance.
Is anyone else dreaming of a hot chocolate beside the fire while watching the Grafton Street Christmas crowds walk past?
