Visiting around 700 million children in 31 hours would mean Santa will have to travel at 10 million km/h if he is to deliver presents to every child! (Which explains why we can't see him) He will certainly need a lot of fuel – so don't forget his glass of Guinness, a mince pie or two and some carrots for the reindeer!

The official Zoom Santa website launched today.

And the elves are busy taking bookings from mammies and daddies all over.

All you have to do to secure a place is pick a date and time that suits you.

Then you'll be asked to complete a questionnaire to give Santa some insight into your little one.

You'll be asked your child's name, their achievements, their best friend’s name, their favourite teacher and more.

Once this is complete, you'll be sent a private Zoom link.
