The Circuit Licensing Court in Dublin has heard that the revamped baths will open mid-September at the latest.
David Cullen, who co-owns the property, told the court that the baths will run on filtered seawater which can be heated by a water-heating facility or remain at it's natural temperature.
The Clontarf Seawater Baths originally opened in 1890s.
