Gavin James announced for pilot festival
Gavin James has been announced to perform a government pilot music festival at Royal Hospital Kilmainham July 3rd.
He completed his world tour at the 3Arena on 29th Feb 2020, and he hasn't performed live since.
So as you can imagine, he is buzzing with excitement!
With a capacity of 3,500, the festival also features some of the country’s hottest artists.
Lyra, Denise Chaila, Wild Youth, Sharon Shannon and Wyvern Lingo will all be performing full sets.
This will be Ireland’s first music festival in over 15 months and the show will be hosted by The 2 Johnnies.
This is a slight change to the previously announced schedule with RHK replacing the Phoenix Park as our Festival venue

Following the announcement, Gavin said: 'I’m so happy to have been asked to perform at this gig and to be sharing the stage with all of these amazing artists.'

Tickets, contact tracing & more details
Tickets will be sold in pods of either four or six and are not transferrable.
One person in the group must provide contact details for HSE contact tracing.
Gates open at 3pm with the first act on stage at 3:30pm however, times are subject to change.

Rapid antigen testing will be a requirement of entry.
Health specialists will conduct antigen tests prior to the event.
Further details of this will be provided to ticketholders in advance.

Tickets priced from €39.50 (subject to a Ticketmaster service charge) go on sale this Friday at 9am.
The event is over 18’s and ID is required.
