Your weekend, sorted! Courtesy of Snapchat star James Kavanagh!
1) l'Gueuleton's new Courtyard
L'Gueuleton is one of my fave restaurants and is now doing late nights on Friday & Saturday. The whole restaurant is stripped of, well, it's 'restaurant-ness' and turns into a bit of a disco come 11pm. Bangin' tunes and stunning cocktails - what more could you want? AND it's so central - right off George's Street. They've a re-vamped courtyard too. Gorge. More info: lgueuleton.com
2) Trill 003 @ Tengu, Friday
Trill, Dublin’s newest Hip-Hop collective returns for its 3rd ghetto fabulous, a** shakin, diamond earring and bootie shakin’ party. On June 30th the Trill crew will once again take over Tengu on the Quays and if the last two parties is anything to go by, this is going to be BIG! Expect foam cups, flash bitches and bass so loud it will make your diamond chainz vibrate. Admission is 10e on the door but sign up to the Trill-list here to guarantee yourself €8 admission all night. http://bit.ly/2sjr6Zc
3) The Garden/ Brian Teeling, Made @ Powerscort, tonight @6pm
Towards A New World' is a set of photographic print t-shirts produced by award winning landscape designer and owner of The Garden, Mark Grehan and fashion photographer, Brian Teeling. This collection is inspired by the Japanese language of flowers or ‘Hanakotoba’, which is a means of cryptological communication through the use and symbolism of flowers. 5) Riverdance @ The Gaiety
"For over 20 years, nothing has carried the energy, the sensuality and the spectacle of Riverdance. The worldwide phenomenon which is Riverdance began its journey as the interval act in the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, produced for television by Moya Doherty. This electrifying and innovative seven minute dance piece was then developed into a full-length stage show by Producer Moya Doherty, Composer Bill Whelan and Director John McColgan. With its fusion of Irish and International music and dance, the show broke all box office records during its world première run in Dublin and has continued to set new records in packed theatres and arenas throughout the world."
