V Festival in the UK has been replaced.
News came last year that the festival would be changing as Richard Branson would no longer be sponsoring the event.
Rize is being labelled as a 'brand new festival'.
The festival made their first announcement and revealed that it will take place at Chelmsford's Hylands Park, which is the same Essex site where V was once held.
It's happening on the weekend of August 17th & 18th.

Across the weekend, Liam Gallagher and Stereophonics will headline.
Also performing are the likes of Bastille, Disciples, Craig David MNEK & more.
