Our Three Favourite Dishes From Dockyard No.8

Have a special occasion coming up? On the hunt for a new brunch spot? Or do you just fancy a night off cooking this week? We have the perfect spot.

Dockyard No.8 is a cafe & restaurant in Bray and set against the backdrop of the harbour, the food is just as good as the views.

They cover everything from a chilled out brunch to BYOB dinners and they're dog friendly! You might even catch a glimpse of their resident British bulldog Hercules, if you're lucky.

Ham Hock Eggs Benedict

Shredded ham hock with poached eggs smothered in hollandaise sauce on a ciabatta. Stop.

Wicklow Black Pudding & Apple Croquettes 

Crisp black pudding & apple croquettes served with apple puree & mixed leaf salad. Mouth-watering.

Ham Hock Fries

This delight is an off the menu secret, but keep an eye on the Specials board.
