A year of important referendums, a Pope visit, and bizarre weather events is coming to an end. If you are still unsure of where to spend the count down to 2019 here are a few parties that are happening around Dublin.
3Countdown
This year’s 3Coundown Concert at Customs House Quay will welcome Dublin’s platinum selling artist Gavin James. Support on the night will come from Irish American folk duo Hudson Taylor and, Wild Youth and Inhaler.
Tickets priced at €29.90 include entry to the Liffey Lights Midnight event, ringing in the New Year from 11:30pm with lights, drums, lasers and DJs.
One Night Stand
Dublin’s Powerscourt Centre fully opens its doors for this annual New Year’s extravaganza. With acts like Enzo Siragusa and East End Dubs joining some of Dublin’s finest this one is a must for anyone who wants to dance their way into 2019. Tickets are between €16.81 - €38.41.
Masquerade Ball at Hampton Hotel
Ring in the New Year at the trendy boutique Hampton hotel in Donnybrook with a Masquerade ball. There will b two glasses of Prosecco on arrival, a DJ all night and a confetti cannon for the countdown. The best mask will also win a €60 bar tab. Tickets are €42.49.
Mad Hatters Tea Party
The Wright Venue in Swords is holding a full on production show with the theme of a Mad Hatters Tea Party. Tickets are from €21.54.
