We're very grateful that french toast is an acceptable breakfast item even though it's definitely a dessert.
This recipe takes it a step further and adds ice cream so now it's absolutely a dessert but it's Easter weekend so it's ok!

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
6 pieces white bread
1 pint ice cream
We're suggesting you swap out the blueberry ice cream for chocolate and swap the blueberries for broken up pieces of Easter egg and chocolate sauce.
