Sports stars Kellie Harrington and Ellen Keane are the Grand Marshalls of this year's St. Patricks Day parade in Dublin.'
The theme of this year's festival, which runs from the 16th to the 20th of March, is "connections".
The parade will start at Parnell Square at noon on the 17th.
Kellie says she's honoured to take part.
It is set to be the first time that the official St Patricks Day parade will take place in Dublin since 2019 due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic.
Harrington said that she is an incredibly proud Irish person and carries our flag around the world with great pride.
She says that she can't wait to '' lead the magic through the streets''.
Irish swimmer Ellen Keane will also be leading the festivities. Keane was Ireland's youngest ever athlete when she swam in the 2008 Beijing Paralympic games at the age of 13.
