SPIN1038 is turning up the energy on weekday mornings with a brand new line-up for its flagship breakfast show, Fully Charged.
The all new Fully Charged with Emma, Dave & Fiona will hit the airwaves, bringing fresh chemistry, big laughs and that signature SPIN energy to mornings in Dublin.
The exciting announcement was made last night at co-host Dave's 30th birthday celebration, where Emma surprised everyone by officially welcoming comedian Fiona Frawley to the team.

Fiona Frawley is a Dublin-based comedian and writer celebrated for her sharp wit and down-to-earth humour.
A rising star in the Irish comedy scene, Fiona has performed at major venues like Vicar Street, sharing the stage with top acts such as Tommy Tiernan, Iain Stirling, and Joanne McNally. She's also the resident MC at Cherry Comedy in Whelan’s—one of Dublin’s most loved comedy nights.
In 2025, Fiona launched her debut solo tour "Are You Mad At Me?", with dates scheduled in cities across Ireland, including Galway, Cork, Dublin, and Limerick.
Offstage, Fiona has built a strong following on Instagram and TikTok, where she shares her signature brand of observational comedy and connects with audiences daily.
Speaking on her new role, Fiona said: “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining the SPIN team. It’s clear how passionate the guys [Emma & Dave] are about making the show the best it can be. Getting to be a part of that already feels so special and I can’t wait to help wake up Dublin every morning!”
