There are plenty of no equipment workout routines to follow on YouTube that are just as good.

She has no equipment routines to work out your abs, butt, thighs, calves, legs etc.
And what's even better is that they're all nice and short.
The firness guru also teamed up with Jason Derulo for an eight minute session.
What better way to workout than to do it listening to Derulo's biggest hits.

She regularly shares routines both at home and in the gym.

Another great account to follow is Ebonny Fowler's.
In her Instagram bio she stresses that she has, 'Workouts For Every Level.'
Not only does she share workout routines but she also shares her nutritious meal choices.
