Home workout routines

If the coronavirus has you stuck inside trying to find different ways to stay active, this might come in handy.

Here's our guide to staying active at home during the coronavirus outbreak:

YouTube

Don't worry if you don't have any equipment to work with at home.

There are plenty of no equipment workout routines to follow on YouTube that are just as good.

Here's a fully body workout from Pamela Reif:

Pamela's a great account to follow!

She has no equipment routines to work out your abs, butt, thighs, calves, legs etc.

And what's even better is that they're all nice and short.

The firness guru also teamed up with Jason Derulo for an eight minute session.

What better way to workout than to do it listening to Derulo's biggest hits.

Check out the video below:

Another great account to follow is Simeon Panda.

He does workout routines for both in-home, at the gym and even in the park.

Here's his no gym, full back routine:

It's also important to warm up before you start your routine.

Here's a handy YouTube video to get you ready for your workout.

Nicole goes through different techniques from skipping to jumping jacks.

Social media

If YouTube isn't your thing, there are plenty of great accounts to follow on social media.

FLYEfit have been sharing home workout tips on Instagram and they're very handy.

They've created a pinned story at the top of their account for home workouts.
