Today Mandy Moore turns 34. She played the mean girl in The Princess Diaries opposite Anne Hathaway, and then in 2002 she made us all cry for weeks on end when she starred as Jamie Sullivan in A Walk To Remember. If you haven't watched it yet, shame on you. It's a classic, but you will need seriously strong tissues to get you through it.

She went off the radar for a while, appearing in some rom-coms such as Because I Said So (and it's rare to see a movie in which she doesn't sing), but lately, Mandy Moore has been back on our screens in a big way, starring opposite Milo Ventmiglia in This Is Us. Another one for the tissues.

Mandy went from platinum blonde when she first made a name for herself as a popstar to a more demure brunette in her 20s. Here we take a look at some of her best (and most memorable) style and beauty looks.

Okay, we need to start wearing pink lipstick again...

A smokey eye and a bronzed complexion will never not work...

Bring back the hairband, we say...

Okay let's take it back in time to 2004, when a cropped caramel brown hairstyle was all the rage...

I think everyone's red carpet game improved with time...

And we were all a bit too gung-ho with the bronzer on the cheeks...

Just keep that bronzer coming...

Flared jeans and strappy sandals, yes please...

You were nothing without your entirely useless hat...

Blondes have more fun...

Smokey eyes right up to dem brows... And wispy bangs, we all wanted those

But then she just got super trendy and with the times, no longer holding the key to our 00s hearts. Sophisticated stripes and some balayage ensued...

And yep, she pretty much just looks amazing all of the time...

And, did we mention, she gets to work with this guy. You can see she's pretty happy about it too...
