Ben Coomber
Ben Coomber used to be obese and suffered with IBS, ADHD, Eczema and Asthma. He woke one day and decided that he had to change. His life and career depended on it. Ben has lost 5.5 stone of fat and put on 2.5 stone of muscle and developed himself into what he calls an everyday athlete.
These days he spends most of his time teaching others how to look and feel better and helps them achieve their goals
He also has the UK’s No. 1 rated health and fitness podcast on iTunes, “Ben Coomber Radio”.
