13 Reasons Why star Dylan Minnette has joined the cast of the upcoming Scream 5.

The Clay Jensen star confirmed the news on Instagram, 'btw im gonna be in the new scream.'

'one of my favorite movies/franchises. im excited,' he added. 

We can't wait to see what he brings to the franchise!

Dylan will join an all star cast for the upcoming movie.

Neve Campbell announced last Friday that she'll reprise her role as Sidney Prescott in the film.

While David Arquette and Courteney Cox are also set to return as Dewey Riley and Gale Weathers.

They'll be joined by newcomers Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega and the son of Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan, Jack Quaid.

Barrera is best known for her role in the TV series Vida.

While Ortega played Ellie in YOU season two, and Quaid played Hughie in The Boys.
