Ringo Star accidently confirmed that Barry Keoghan is set to play him in a Beatles biopic.
Rumours started circulating earlier this year that the Irish actor would play the iconic role but nothing was confirmed until the Beatles drummer let it slip.
Speaking to ET about the casting Ringo said: "I think it’s great"
"I believe he’s somewhere taking drum lessons, and I hope not too many."
Sam Mendes, is set to direct four separate films about each member of the band - with all 4 films due to drop in 2027.
Other rumoured actors set to take on the legendary roles are Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Charlie Rowe as George Harrison and our very own Paul Mescal as Paul McCarty so fingers crossed that's true too.
