Belle's Dad Warns Anton Against Hurting His Daughter On Love Island

Love Island's Anton better be careful

Anton and Belle are currently coupled up in the Love Island villa.

Belle's father Tamer Hassan says he's been watching the show and warns Anton better not hurt her.

'Mate I am coming in on a helicopter with a parachute and I am picking you up and taking you out.'

The actor reveals he's been keeping a close eye on his daughter's new relationship.

He tells The Sun Online, 'I thought if you say anything that ain’t true or upset Belle...'

'Then mate I am coming in on a helicopter with a parachute and I am picking you up and taking you out.'

Understandably, Tamer only has good things to say about his daughter.

'She knows what she wants and she goes and gets it, she’s her father's daughter.'

'But she's not one to take another woman's man because of who she is as a person.'

He goes on, 'People have asked me, ‘'is she playing a game?' Look, it IS a game, everybody is playing a game.'

'My advice to Belle was: 'Listen, be yourself but I am watching every move, remember who your dad is and do the right stuff.''

Tamer says his daughter is very motherly, 'she's like a mother hen, she has been like that since she was a kid.'

'She's not into looks or body shapes or muscle, she is attracted to wounded people.'

'She is attracted to somebody who needs a bit of help, like a wounded animal.'

Tamer is happy his daughter, 'has found someone and that her holiday and experience has been extended for as long as it can.'

'I want her to have the best time of her life.'

He found it hard to watch her couple up with Anton, 'During the re-coupling it felt like I was giving her away.'

'It was such a lovely moment, being as tough as I am I just kind of sat there and for some bizarre reason it felt like they were getting married.'

He goes on, 'She was really shy and he was speaking from the heart and had a big smile on his face...'

'And when they got together I thought 'go on girl, go and find your happiness.''

'I want them both to find happiness.'

Anton has been unlucky in love

Tamer recognises Anton has had a hard time finding love in the villa.

'He has had a rough ride in there already and she's had a rough ride in the past, so maybe they can come together and make it work.'

'Winning for her is finding love and being happy.'

While he's happy his daughter has found someone she really likes, he still finds it difficult to watch them in bed together.

'It’s weird for me to hear a guy talk about my daughter in that way...'

'But he is a boy lying in bed with a beautiful girl.'

He says, 'If she jumps in someone's bed, so what? She's having a bit of fun.'

'I told her do you know what, if nothing happens, if you don't find love then don't worry.'

Belle's been through a lot

Tamer reveals his daughter has only had two boyfriends in the past.

'Her first love became very abusive and horrible and it went really bad very quickly.'

The actor however, tries his best not to get involved, 'I am a shoulder to cry on.'

'There are times I want to wring some necks, but it's not right for me as a dad to get involved.'
