Last night Ireland's X Factor contestant Galway man, Brendan Murray, was eliminated in the semi-finals. The former plumber who represented Ireland at last years Eurovision sang Run by Snow Patrol.
Also sent home was Danny Tetley who sang Shirley Bassey's This Is My Life, both also took part in a group performance of Abba hits.
