Peaky Blinders Season 6
Great news for fans of the Shelby family, filming has started on Peaky Blinders season 6.
And the show is moving to Manchester!
At the beginning of October the Manchester Evening News confirmed that the BBC set up a production base in Gorton's Space Studios.
It looks like the city will work as the backdrop for most of season 6.
According to the Mail Online, the stars behind Tommy and Arthur Shelby were on set this week.
The publication is reporting that Cillian Murphy and his co star Paul Anderson were spotted together, seemingly clearing up a massive season 5 cliffhanger - the fate of Tommy Shelby.
However, the photos used by the Mail Online in the article date back to last season.
They were first shared by the Liverpool Echo in November 2018.
Nevertheless, things are moving along with the forthcoming season which will see Mosley's associates come to the forefront.
Director Anthony Byrne spoke about the plot on a podcast back in September.
He said upcoming episodes will focus on, "Oswald Mosley and some people around him and his world."
But the fascist politician won't be the Shelby's only worry.
"Gina, and whoever her family are, will make themselves known," continued Byrne.
"There's a lot to be revealed about her next series. She's a player, she's a manipulator. She's part of a wider plan."
We're guessing that Peaky Blinders season 6 is set for a 2020 release.
