Fred Andrews
The fate of Fred Andrews played by the late Luke Perry will be revealed next season on Riverdale.
Season 3 of the show wrapped last night, with no tie up for Andrew's storyline.
Show creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacas told The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday that he didn't want to rush things.

He said, 'When Luke passed, we had already broken and written a lot of the end of the season, and we really wanted to … I mean, it was just devastating.
'We wanted to honor Luke, and figure out the best way to handle the character of Fred Andrews in the show, so we sort of said, 'You know what? Let's not squeeze, let's not rush to squeeze something into the finale, or into the last couple of episodes.''
'Let's really think about it, and let's tell that story at the beginning of season four,' Aguirre-Sacas finished.

Luke Perry died on 4th March this year aged 52.
He was hospitalised at the beginning of March following a stroke and never recovered.
While the final Riverdale episode starring Perry aired during the last week of April, this news means his Fred Andrews' character will live on a little longer.
Season 3 of Riverdale is streaming on Netflix now.
