The full list of housemates due to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house has been leaked just days before the reality show is due to return for its 24th season.

Launching its latest line-up on Monday, the names believed to be joining the Big Brother hall of fame include a Hollywood legend, soap stars galore and a few blasts from the past.

In what’s thought to be the show’s biggest ever payment, bosses reportedly offered seven figures to Oscar nominees Mickey Rourke to live in the iconic house.

Rising to fame as an actor in the 1980s, the star raised hell in Los Angeles, garnering a reputation for being difficult and ‘burning bridges’ with the who’s who of the industry.

He walked away from acting to pursue professional boxing but attempted to make a comeback in the 2000s, most recently starring in The Wrestler.

A source said: “The tales that man has to tell will no doubt be legendary and bosses hope it could replicate the success of Sharon last year, who was very loose-lipped when it came to dishing the dirt on famous faces.

“Mickey is also outspoken, with strong views, and isn’t afraid to share them."

Joining the big name will be another legend, this time of the talk show world, Trisha Goddard.

The 67-year-old had her own show for years on ITV and was recently diagnosed with incurable breast cancer.

Soap stars Jack P Shepherd and Patsy Palmer will also be entering the house alongside reality stars Chris Hughes and Ella Rae Wise.

Lightening the mood, comedian Donna Preston will hopefully provide some laughs in the house while retired Olympian Daley Thompson will keep the housemates on their toes.

Mickey Rourke rose to fame in the 80s but has a tumultuous relationship with Hollywood

RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Danny Beard has been included on the list and so has former Dance Moms star and singer Jojo Siwa.

Nineties pop sensation Chesney Hawkes and TV presenter Angellica Bell will add hints of nostalgia when they enter the house next week.

Rounding up the star-studded cast, former Tory politician Michael Fabricant agreed to appear in the show after losing his seat.

A source said: “He doesn't hold back, he's going to be compulsive viewing, we can't wait.

"We wanted a top politician but one with enormous personality which would entertain the viewers.”

Celebrity Big Brother returns to screens on April 7th at 9pm on Virgin Media Two.
