A Harry Potter TV series
HBO Max are reportedly in the early stages of developing a Harry Potter TV series.
Sources told The Hollywood Reporter that there have been numerous meetings about the project.
If these reports are true, it could be a while before we see a potential TV series.
It's understood the show is in the very early stages of development.
Apparently, executives have been engaging in talks with potential writers, 'exploring various ideas.'

However, there are no writers or actors attached to the project as of yet.
When asked for comment, HBO Max and Warner Bros. told The Hollywood Reporter:
'There are no Harry Potter series in development at the studio or on the streaming platform.'
But that's not to say the discussion hasn't been had.
Considering they're bringing back a bunch of iconic franchises, why wouldn't they explore the world of Harry Potter in TV form?
Other HBO Max reboots
Just two weeks ago, they announced the revival of Sex and the City.

The new series is called And Just Like That and it'll see the return of Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.
According to reports, the girls are getting paid $1 million per episode.
HBO Max are also rebooting Gossip Girl.
Filming on the new series is officially underway and they've already introduced us to the characters.
It's set eight years after the original Gossip Girl website went dark, and follows a new generation of New York private school teens.
We're expecting it out sometime this year.
